Zanesville man facing felony cocaine charges in Guernsey County

CAMBRIDGE − Brandon Godfrey of Zanesville is facing felony drug charges in Guernsey County.

According to an announcement from Guernsey County Sheriff Jeffrey Paden, officers with the sheriff’s office, the Cambridge Police Department and Central Ohio Drug Enforcement Task Force executed a search warrant on Taylor Avenue. There they found a significant amount of suspected cocaine, psilocybin mushrooms and firearms.

Godfrey, 20, was taken into custody. He has been charged with trafficking in cocaine and possession of cocaine, second-degree felonies.
